A dog whose jaw broke into three pieces after an accident was brought in by Jivdaya Charitable Trust’s Mobile Clinic. Jivdaya’s Doctors examined the dog and decided to go in for surgery, our doctors fixed the jaw using wire and a plate to set the broken pieces back into place. After pinning the jaw, they then sutured the remaining skin back onto the jaw. This successful surgery was led by a month of regular dressing and care which led to the healing of its jaw and the dog could mobilise its jaw again. The Dog was then released back to its area after it healed completely.
