International Fund for Animal Welfare – IFAW – WTI workshop on Handling Avian Emergencies during “Uttarayan” – kite flying festival was carried out at Jivdaya Charitable Trust.
Some of the most knowledgeable people in the field shared their knowledge with the Volunteers, to enhance their efficiency and to motivate the good work that they are a part of.
The experts are spoke on the following topics:-1) Medical treatment of Injured Birds – Need and the extent of intervention. 2) Handling and transportation of injured birds. 3) Refresher for bird handling.
The kind of response that we are getting from the volunteers who have opted to be a part of this workshop is phenomenal.
It’s amazing to have received such a positive response towards this workshop.
