Tick the 80G box on the donation form and give us your PAN, and the certificate follows — a donation claimed under 80G has to be reported against the donor's PAN, so we cannot issue one without it. If you would rather not, you are welcome to give without it; the gift is worth exactly the same to the animals. If you transferred the money yourself, email the accounts desk with the amount, the date, your name and postal address, and your PAN if you want the certificate.

The payment itself is handled by Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment gateway. A secure payment window opens on this page so you can pay by card, UPI, net banking or wallet — your card details are never sent to this website or stored by the trust.

Nothing at all. Jivdaya provides free medical care to un-owned domestic and stray animals, and runs a rehabilitation centre for birds, reptiles and small mammals. Whoever carries an injured animal through the gate is never asked to pay — which is precisely why the medicine, the surgery and the feed have to be funded by someone else.

Yes. The form asks what the gift is for, and your choice is recorded against the payment. Left unrestricted, it goes wherever the hospital's need is greatest that week — which is genuinely the most useful gift, because the costs that are hardest to fund are the ordinary ones.

Feed, bedding and unexpired medicine are all used. Ask at reception and someone will take it through to the stores. Professional skills and services can be offered too — the trust keeps a separate page for those.
